Our general Return and Refund policy consists of:

• 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.
• Products for return must be in new/unused condition.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer wishing to return the product.
• Valid reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product).
• To begin the process for return, please contact customer service at info@jdypetsupply.com
• After contacting us regarding a return and we have deemed the item valid for a return, we will send details on how to return the product.  Once received and inspected for validity, a refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.  For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method.
